Pain-free running
This product is definitely effective. I’ve dealt with meniscus damage, iliotibial band syndrome, and other injuries over the years. It enabled me to run again when walking was difficult due to chondromalacia and tendonitis. I’m unsure of the contributions from MSM, glucosamine, or chondroitin, but my pain has completely vanished, and I've sustained it with MSM. After my positive experience, I bought more to share with family and highly recommend it for anyone with joint pain.

Alleviates knee pain
This product has truly helped me! I have a chronic knee injury (damage to the medial meniscus). After increasing my running, the knee began to hurt, swell, and even affect my mobility.
